To build long-term development of the people in our sector, the aim of this initiative is as follows:

  • To develop younger people within the industry on the workings of the Interior Construction industry
  • Provide governance and business experience for younger leaders who might aspire to own their own business in the sector
  • Ensure the AWCI Executive has a direct, “younger” voice to provide greater benefits for members

The young leader would attend Executive meetings to learn about the industry and gains insight into the association and it’s members. We have been piloting this programme and now wish to open up applications for the Sept 2023 – Aug 2024 period.
